Is to embark on a 30-day journey of forgiveness, a path that will lead you toward emotional freedom and inner peace.

Each day will bring new insights and discoveries to help you understand, practice, and embody the true essence of forgiveness.

This has been one of the most transformative exercises I have ever completed, and from it, came some of my most profound, embodied insights. In the past, I would harshly judge myself or make myself feel wrong for most experiences I was having. I have felt self-loathing and felt like something was wrong with me for as long as I can remember.

This dedicated exercise potentiated unbelievable healing in the way I relate to and interact with myself. I trust myself more, I am much kinder to myself. I don't judge myself harshly, and I allow my full experience. These embodied insights have allowed me to embrace my whole self, and in turn, the wholeness of others. It has deepened my growth and healing in unbelievable ways.

One of my most significant insights was the reminder that “we are powerful.” Sometimes when I’m feeling powerless or overpowered, I have to take a moment to remind myself that I matter, how I feel matters and what I say will matter. The reminder to step into my power is what I will hold onto most when faced with any and all challenges.

I think the 30 day forgiveness challenge could help anyone feeling stuck, overpowered and helpless. The introspection alone was very insightful and a great reminder that we have the power to choose many outcomes if we find peace with ourselves and others.

Join the 30-Day Forgiveness Challenge with Lisa Ulshafer, Empowerment Life Coach & Author, along with a group of like-minded people just like you. Lisa has been coaching for over 18 years and looks forward to sharing this transformational journey with you.

Lisa shares her 30-Day Forgiveness Walk that she documented on video in the Fall of 2023. It's raw and vulnerable and will provide guidance for you while you go through your own forgiveness process. There were trajectory change moments, a deeper understanding of soul contracts, and organic insights that can only come from committing to the  experience of challenging yourself to forgive.

PREPARING FOR THE CHALLENGE

Familiarize yourself with your challenge dashboard

As soon as you join the program, you will be given access to your online dashboard where you will be given all the details for your upcoming challenge.

You will begin by choosing who you are going to focus on throughout the challenge. Even though you may have more than one person you would like to forgive, you will be specifically focusing on just one person for this challenge to pull in the full power of resolution.

Whether it is an ex, a friend, a spouse, a partner, a parent, or even yourself, you want to use the power of focus to move the energy in the most effective way so you aren't scattering your energy in too many directions.

You will also find a fun and engaging way to experience the challenge through collecting points each week to earn rewards and other surprises throughout the challenge!

Your challenge includes:

  • An ancient Hawaiian prayer for you to listen to 10 minutes a day in your own space and on your own time, however and wherever you choose: sitting, walking, or even lying down.

  • Daily journal pages for documenting your insights and experiences.

  • Access to each day of Lisa's video diary of her 30-day forgiveness challenge she completed in the Fall of 2023. It's filled with profound insights and inspiration to keep you motivated and inspired on your own 30-day challenge.
  • Weekly group coaching calls. At the end of each week, you will join Lisa and the rest of your fellow challengers in a live zoom call to share and learn from each other.

TIMES:  10:30-11:20am PDT

Each week you will be supported by Lisa, along with those who are going through this challenge with you. Group support brings a whole new level of insight, inspiration, and encouragement as you take this journey of forgiveness.

  • Using challenging relationships to evolve to greater states of consciousness

  • Releasing karma and the spiritual law of grace

Forgiveness is more than we’ve ever thought it was and this program will help you change how you are in your relationships in a very noticeable way.
